Welcome to SPINZ! My name is Rachel and I am the Cycling Instructor and Owner! I have been a cycling instructor for five years. It's what got me through COVID. I have had the chance to teach classes over the last five years and I have enjoyed it so much! I am so excited to offer something in Alpine and help people reach their fitness goals! My husband and I have two boys and two dogs! We love living in Alpine and look forward to meeting you! Thank you for visiting!
My Style
I enjoy classes of all variations. You can expect some classes that make you pump and work those legs. You can also expect to get an arm workout during class as well. I like to mix some dance moves throughout my classes. Music will vary with heavy bass, instrumental, and fast style beats. Always open for recommendations! Try one of my classes and if you like it, I hope I continue to see you!
