SPINZ Weekly Schedule
Join us for high-energy cycling classes at SPINZ Studio. I will guide you through intense workouts that will boost your fitness levels and leave you feeling invigorated. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, our classes cater to all levels. To attend classes, you must sign up. We currently do not have drop in classes available.

On Monday's we focus on starting the week out right. We take some gentle hills, but start to work those legs and glutes. We start the week right and set you up for success!

Tuesdays is all about the "pain is gain" mentality. We focus on every part of our body including using weights and focus on target areas!

Thursdays are for heat! We use this class and workout in an 80+ degree studio. Focusing on making sure we sweat and leave feeling sweaty and good!
